BRYC travel team tryouts for spring 2019

BRYC Girls Travel Team Spring 2019 Tryout Notices:

BRYC Phoenix 2007 Girls (rising U12G) For Fall 2018, in their third season, the BRYC Phoenix is playing in the ODSL U12 Division G2 division. The Phoenix is currently looking for several players to join in the fun. 

The Phoenix has many new players this fall.  Coaches Kyle Morrison and Liz Smith endeavor to teach the girls all facets of the game, and encourage them to try unfamiliar roles on the field.  Coach Kyle holds an E license, has coached BRYC teams for over 3 years, and is intent on providing a good opportunity for the girls to play in challenging games (while still having time for other activities).  The team is organized around the themes of cooperation, initiative, and responsibility.

(Note that switching from the BRYC Recreational League to a BRYC ODSL team is not difficult, even mid-season, and 2008 girls can also join this team.)


BRYC Fireballs - Division 1 ODSL (Rising U13 Girls)  
The Fireballs, are looking to add a few experienced players to their ranks for the upcoming spring 2019 season. Open tryouts are being held during our regular spring practices.

The team is coached by VYSA D-licensed and Level 1 Futsal coach, Adolfo Perez. Having played internationally, Coach Adolfo brings a South American approach with his soccer development and coaching style. A solid philosophy focused around building strong confident athletes and encouraging creativity, has made the Fireballs a very successful team.

BRYC Boys Travel Team Tryout Notices:

U10 Boys ODSL BRYC Galaxy will be holding tryouts for the Spring 2019 season at our regularly scheduled practices starting Tuesday, October 23rd. ODSL is an opportunity for players to play in a more competitive setting while still traveling locally. Interested players are encouraged to attend at least one of the training sessions, and come ready to play (ball, shinguards, cleats, water). 


This team will focus on improving player’s individual/technical skills as well as game knowledge and understanding. We will also focus on team play and decision making with a long-term player development view. U10 Boys ODSL BRYC Dragons (2009)

The Dragons are looking for 1-2 new player for the Spring season who want to join a fun and competitive team and are looking to improve their individual skills and team play. This team will focus on facilitating an instructive and competitive environment for the players to develop individual technical skills, good teamwork and decision making abilities with a long term player development view. U12 ODSL BRYC Blue Thunder (2007)  is looking for 9 committed (2007) players, for the ODSL.  Who want to play at a higher level of soccer and who also want to further develop their soccer skills.  Even though our season will begin in the spring, we would like to get the team ready this winter and join winter futsal leagues.

Coaches Nelson, Omar and Eduardo will focus on strengthening foot skills as well as team positioning rolls.

U13 Boys ODSL BRYC Blaze (2006) will be holding tryouts for the Spring 2019 season at Woodson High School Turf Field

ODSL is an opportunity for players to play in a more competitive setting while still traveling locally during regular season and tournaments.  we strongly encourage you to attend more than one tryout session, and come ready to play (ball, shinguards, cleats, water).  Players interested in goalkeeping should inform the coaching staff upon their arrival and bring their gloves.

BRYC Elite Tryouts:   

BRYC Elite Academy 2005/2006 (U14 Boys) 
A 2005/2006 U14 NCSL boys' travel team welcomes interested players to try out at our regularly scheduled practice sessions. The team is coached by Coach Erin Silks, a D licensed coach and former Division I college goalkeeper. Multi-sport athletes are welcome!
