Use the Registration and Game Preference Form to:

• Provide the information we need to pay you. 
• Complete the KidSafe Form required by VYSA (adults only).  
• Tell us your game preferences.
• Receive e-mails regarding games available and other news.

This form is for recreational (house) and ODSL (travel) games assigned through the BRYC Referee Program.  We hold a pre-season meeting to discuss policies and procedures for assigning and officiating games.  Most games are assigned at assignment meetings held four times during the season.  E-mails are then used to fill remaining games. Include your e-mail address on the Registration and Game Preference Form to receive e-mails listing available games.  Officials who attend the assignment meetings receive preference in game assignments.

Recreational Soccer games are usually played on Saturdays.  Recreational games are for referees of all experience levels.  The recreational program emphasizes developmental soccer with neighborhood teams in a fun environment where all young people are eligible to play.  Most of our recreational games are played in the North Springfield, Annandale, Burke, and Fairfax areas, generally within a mile of Braddock Road from just inside the Capital Beltway to Ox Road (Route 123).

Travel Soccer games of the Old Dominion Soccer League (ODSL) are usually played on Sundays.  ODSL games are for experienced referees who want advanced assignments.  While a competitive league, ODSL is renowned for its emphasis on promoting the highest standards of sportsmanship in a  nurturing environment, making these games ideal for referees who want to gain additional experience and skills sometimes not available at the recreational level.

If you are already affiliated with a soccer club or assignor, please indicate that in the remarks on your registration form.  We do not recruit referees away from other clubs or assignors, but welcome your participation if you have additional time and energy to give to our youth soccer players.
