BRYC Recreational Soccer wants to ensure that every child has an opportunity to participate in youth sports regardless of his or her financial situation.
We have two financial support mechanisms. Choose one based on your eligibility (see below)
Step 2:
Register the player online or by contacting
the registrar
- Indicate ’scholarship’ in the special request section of the online registration or when communicating with the registar
- Select ’Mail-in Check’ as payment if registering online. (if this option is not available, contact the registrar at brycregistrar@gmail.com )
Step 3: Fill out the form determined in Step 1 and mail the completed form to:

- A completed Fairfax County form means...
- a county official signature is on the form OR a copy of the county letter of eligibility is included OR a copy of medicaid/medicare card/form is included.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The player will not be placed on a team until the form is received
- If you have received this scholarship in previous years, you still need to complete the registration and forms (attach verification of eligibility each year as letters of eligibility have expiration dates on them and must be current)

Fairfax County Department of Community and Recreational Services (DCRS)
Fairfax
County provides funds to Braddock Road for those families who qualifiy to receive county assistance.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a scholarship, a child must qualify for assistance from one or more of these programs:

Free or reduced school lunch

Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

General Relief
-
Food Stamps
-
Aid for Dependent Children
-
Foster Care
-
Medicaid
-
Social Security Income
-
And, enrolled in K-12, committed to attend 80% of practices and games, and not currently served by an existing scholarship or fee waiver program
To request financial assistance through this County program, we ask you that you simply download and complete the Fairfax County Scholarship Form. Submit the completed form to BRYC (see address below).

If you are not eligible for
Fairfax
County assistance and require financial support, Braddock Road has a scholarship fund to provide assistance to a limited number of players. We request a minimum payment, $32.50, to cover overhead expenses, if you are able. Download and complete the BRYC Scholarship Form, and submit the completed form to BRYC.
